Morel Mushroom Madness

While it isn’t exactly like hunting morel hunting in the midwest is a big deal. Like hunting, it is a time to get out in the woods, look for deer sign, as well as sheds and discover new areas for next fall. Morel hunting also goes great with run and gun turkey hunting.

It is spring days like yesterday when I took an hour to go out and look for some shrooms that I often think I should have a son to share this special experience with...then I remember I have an associate editor instead.
